WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PERIOD OF OCCUPATION OF PHYSICAL OFFICES?

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PERIOD OF VIRTUAL OFFICE CONTRACT?
Virtual Office contracts have a minimum term of 12 months.
WHICH DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED FOR ASSIGN A VIRTUAL CONTRACT?
The contractual requirements differ in the case of a company already established or, in case of a self-employed professional. As a company, we request:
- Permanent Certificate code or copy of the company's Commercial Certificate;
- copy of the Citizen Card of the member(s)
- proof of address of the partner(s) to which the company obliges.
If the contract is carried out in an individual name, a copy of the Citizen Card and proof of address will be required.
WHAT TIME CAN I USE THE SPACE?
Customers with Physical Offices will be able to access the Building at any time and on any day of the week, benefiting from the freedom of 24-hour access. In the case of Virtual Office customers, access to the services provided under their contract may be carried out on working days, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF PHYSICAL OFFICES? DO THEY HAVE A PRIVATE BATHROOM?
The dimensions of the physical offices in the Jomavipe Business Center Building vary between 30m2 and 40m2. There are also two types: some offices have a private WC inside their room, others benefit from a shared WC in the corridor where they are located.

HOW DO I RENT THE MEETING ROOM?
For external customers, the use of the Meeting Room is preceded by a reservation request, in which the desired date and time must be mentioned. This request must be sent to geral@edificiojomavipe.pt at least 2 working days in advance. The availability of the use of the room will be communicated in a timely manner and, if so, advance payment of the total cost of use will be requested.
